Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation)

Yoga Nidra or sleep yoga is a guided relaxation to promote better sleep, reduce anxiety/mild depression and increase our immunity. Yoga Nidra allows us to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in our body during deep sleep.

Exclusive Beginner : Absolute beginners, very gentle class. Suitable to all age and size. Limit to 4 students per class, is a semi-private class for more attention.

Beginner Flow : For those who has some foundation but not ready for Intermediate yet. Class consist of a short flow of asana.

Therapy Yoga : Special blend of yoga, Pilates and Therapy designed to return mobility, flexibility and strength back to you. Recommended for those suffering from spinal or joint issues.

PreNatal Yoga : For expectant mommies, we provide a holistic approach to support the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Restorative Sound Healing : For those who love slow pace stretches, relax with the healing sound of singing bowl.
RM180 per month (4 classes) - Limit to 4 students only

Sleep Yoga : Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation for those does not need any movement, to promote better sleep, relaxation and emotional release.

Private : One on one therapy class custom made according to individual's conditions and need.
*Director teacher : RM250 trial, RM300 pay as you go, RM2500 package of 10 classes.
*Senior teacher : RM200 trial, RM250 pay as you go, RM2000 package of 10 classes
*Junior teacher : RM150 trial, RM200 pay as you go, RM1500 for package of 10 classes
Fee is per hour per person
Second person join the class gets 50% discount

*Director teacher = 10 years and above
*Senior teacher = 5 - 9 years
*Junior teacher = 1 - 4 years
*Trainee = Free

Private Sessions

A Private yoga class allow one to get a more personalized experienced and in a more private setting. Also suitable for those who has irregular schedule that is impossible to follow the scheduled set by the studio/gym.

As a certified Yoga Therapist, instructor will be able to target individual's condition and "prescribe" certain postures to improve, restore or at least maintain conditions

Private class is the most effective way to achieve one's goal - be it physically or mentally as the class is design according to one's need : fitness level, stress level, with different medical issues.

Group Sessions

Group classes could be a group of friends or for corporate companies

Time and date decide by the group and the instructor will go to the clients' place or the company

Enjoy the fun of practicing with friends or co-worker, helps in ice breaking and promote teamworks.

Small Group Sessions

Authentic Hatha yoga for beginners. We focus on :
• Removal of joint pain
• Improve sleeping quality

Intermediate / Advanced class

For those who have been practicing yoga for awhile. Aim to prepare student to achieve more challenging postures in a safe way. After a energetic asana session, class ending with guided relaxation ( Yoga Nidra) to restore and let the healing takes place. A breathing practice (pranayama) will followed and last part of the class will be a short mindfulness ( meditation) to calms the mind and leading students to the path of finding inner peace.

Yoga for Athletes
Specially designed yoga classes for active athletes These classes will be focusing on strengthening and improve flexibility of specific muscle groups that required for your sport. Learn how to prevent injuries and the various breathing techniques for your sport

Class include :
*joint warm up,
*cardio warm up,
*stretches of targeted muscle groups, *deep relaxation for recovery,
*proper breathing techniques for the specific sport *short meditation for acceptance, pain tolerance reduce anxiety and ultimately achieving the set goal

GENERAL POLICIES

1. In the event of students being late for class, instructor will wait for 15 minutes. When the students arrive, we will finish the remaining 45 minutes of the class.

2. In the event of students being late for class, instructor will wait for 15 minutes, and will depart thereafter. Student who arrived after 16minutes will not be entertained and a class is consider forfeited.

3. Any cancellation should be made 24 hours before the scheduled class Any Cancellation made within 24 hours before the scheduled class is to be considered as a class being forfeited.

4. All payments must be made before the class started.

5. No refund to monthly fee, 12 classes / 3 months pass. One must complete their slots within given validity, extension of validity will not be entertained.
*class package of 10 classes within a set validity

6.Veasy Yoga teaches safe yoga. Painful postures are strictly not practiced. Be that as it may, students are advised to carefully follow the instructions of the yoga teacher. Veasy Yoga and it’s teachers will not be responsible for any injury of it’s students arising from non-observance of instructions.

7. Students are responsible to declare any medical conditions before taking the class. Veasy Yoga and it’s teachers will not be responsible for any injury of it’s students arising from non-declaration of medical conditions.

8. Veasy Yoga does not accept pregnant student for safety reason

PAYMENT POLICIES


1. Our fee is per month basis and that is assuming we have 4 classes a month.

2. If you can only make it to class once or twice in that month, you have option to pay drop in class fee/pay as you go fee.
Eg. Drop in class fee RM45 x 2 classes (If you are coming twice in that month).

3. Veasy Yoga is not responsible/ liable for your absenteeism. in the event of your absent, there is No Replacement Class and No Carry Forward Is Allowed. Eg: If you paid a full month fee but you can only make it to 1,2 or 3 classes, the remaining class is consider burned. No carry forward is allowed.

4. In the event we have 3 classes that month due to public holiday, then a replacement class will be given on the month that have 5 weeks.

5. In the event we have 5 weeks in a month, the last week will not have class unless is requested or a replacement class.

6. Private one on one class fee is meant for ONE student. Should a second person like to join the same class, He/She gets a 50% discount of the full fee that paid by the primary private class student.
EG. If the class fee is RM200 per class, the second person gets 50% discount ( RM200 - 50% ) = RM100 per class

7.He/she does not need to make the same commitment as the primary private class student ( he/she does not subject to 10 classes package). However if the primary private class student has finished the package, the second person will not be eligible for the discount should he wanted to continue
